Weekly Inspection:
A safe room is a fortified room that is installed in a private residence or business to provide a safe shelter, or hiding place, for the inhabitants in the event of a break in, home invasion, terror attack, or other threats. Pro Estates Safe rooms contains as a minimum, safe doors, camera and communications equipment, so that law enforcement authorities can be contacted.
Our more exclusive safe rooms have walls and a door reinforced with sheets of steel, Kevlar, or bullet-resistant fiberglass. The hinges and strike plate are often reinforced with long screws, externally vented ventilation systems, separate telephone connection, escape shaft, cameras etc.

A Walk Round Survey involves a visual inspection of the property by the surveyor with the buyer(s) in attendance. During the Walk Round the surveyor will comment on any serious defects, significant risks and potential legal issues and the buyer can take notes. Broad advice on repairs and maintenance issues will be given. A Walk Round Survey is the most economical option we provide and does not include a written report.

The video recorded walk Round Survey is our most requested package as it allows the customer to review the entire house survey and ensure that all information is fully understood and saved. It involves a visual inspection of the property by the surveyor with the buyer(s) in attendance. During the Walk Round the surveyor will comment on any serious defects, significant risks, and potential legal issues. Broad advice on repairs and maintenance issues will be given. Above 300m2 – price on request!

This is the highest level of survey we provide. Although an extended Building Survey can be undertaken on any property it is best suited to more sizeable, elaborate, and older properties. It involves an in-depth inspection of all accessible areas. This type of survey is customizable to the needs of the client and includes a description of how the property is built and the video package. The report will include advice on significant risks, defects, likely origin, and necessary maintenance and repairs. Since an extended Building Survey takes longer to carry out and involves a more detailed report, it requires a higher level of expertise, and is therefore more costly. A extended building survey is normally delivered within six working days of the inspection.
